By accessing or using the Menta platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Menta. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it. Menta may suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.
Menta connects mentors and mentees. We do not guarantee mentor availability, suitability, or outcomes. Users are responsible for selecting mentors based on their needs.
Mentors provide available time slots, but availability may change. Menta does not guarantee any specific time slot.
All platform content including text, logos, graphics, and software is owned by Menta or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact us with proper details for resolution.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Users are strongly advised to use in-app payments only. Transactions outside the platform are not supported or protected. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Session cancellations and refunds depend on the mentor’s policy. Users must review mentor-specific terms before booking.
Menta is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user, if applicable.
You agree to indemnify Menta against claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.
Menta may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice if terms are violated.
Menta may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updates.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Menta’s operating jurisdiction. Class action rights are waived.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Menta operates.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
This document constitutes the full agreement between you and Menta.
